PURPOSE:To decrease the loss of a reagent in dispensing by switching a three- way valve to a sample vessel side and sucking the reagent by a syringe into the vessel before the dispensing of the reagent is started. CONSTITUTION:The three-way valve 4 provided at the front end of the syringe 5 for the reagent is switched to a reagent tube 2 side and a prescribed amt. of the reagent is sucked from a reagent vessel 1 by the syringe 5 at the time of reagent suction. The three-way valve 4 is switched to a nozzle 6 side and the reagent is discharged from the nozzle 6 at the time of discharge. The operations to switch the three-way valve 4 to the tube 2 side to suck the reagent by the syringe 5 via the tube 2 then to switch the three-way valve 4 to the nozzle 5 side, to operate the syringe 5 before the reagent arrives at the front end a of the nozzle, to suck the reagent again into the syringe 5 and to switch the three-way valve 4 to the tube 2 side to return the reagent to the reagent vessel 1 are repeated several times as the reagent substituting operations of the reagent line before the dispensing of the reagent. |
