PURPOSE:To obtain the subject homogenous foam, having a low thermal conductivity and excellent in low temperature characteristics even in reducing the amount of fluorocarbon foaming agents by using respective specific polyether polyol and organic polyisocyanate and a specified amount of water together. CONSTITUTION:(A) A polyether polyol in which 20-100wt.% of the starting substance is an aromatic polyamine and 10-100wt.% of oxyalkylene groups are oxyethylene groups is reacted with (B) a terminal NCO group-containing modified polyisocyanate prepared by reacting (i) a mixture of crude diphenylmethane diisocyanate with tolylene diisocyanate and/or polymeric tolylene diisocyanate with (ii) a nonamine-based polyether polyol having 3-8 average number of functional groups and (iii) a polyether mono-ol having 200-800 molecular weight in which 50-100% of the oxyalkylene groups are oxyethylene groups, (C) water in an amount of 1-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component (A), (D) a foaming agent, (E) a foam stabilizer and (F) a catalyst. |
