<p>PURPOSE:To make a slit narrow in a simplified manner and assure higher detection accuracy (resolution) and no detection error by providing a light blocking film disposed between first and second resins and having a slit and an opposing part of light emitting element and an optical detector element. CONSTITUTION:Second resin 4 is formed into a U shape, having cavities in its protrusion parts, and a light blocking film 5 is providing on an inner surface cavity parts of the second resin and on the bottom of the same. Further, slits 6 are formed at an opposing parts of a light emitting element and an optical detector element. Then, each of the light emitting element 1 and the optical detector element 2 is fixedly mounted on a lead frame 3 which is in turn inserted into the cavity parts in the second resin 4, and an optically transparent resin material 12 corresponding to the first resin is introduced into the cavity parts and hardened.</p> |
