发明名称 POSITIONING ACCURACY CHECKING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the accurate positioning of a workpiece by measuring a distance from the work backside to the outer surface of the workpiece with plural pieces of laser deflection sensors installed at the opposite side to a spindle head in holding the workpiece in between, comparing the measured value with each reference value and thereby checking the accuracy through each deflection error at all spots. CONSTITUTION:When a workpiece W is carried in and placed on a receiving block 17, a suction cup device 14 goes up, attracting it from a suction cup part 15, namely, sticking to the work backside, and thus it clamps the work. When this workpiece W is mounted, such a possibility that it might be positioned out of the correct position is so considered because a receiving periphery of the work backside is in a bending part, so that a laser deflection sensor 21 is operated, through which positioning accuracy at each measuring part is measured. When it is not within the allowable range even at one spot, an alarm is emitted and a fact that a positional correction is necessary is informed. As a result of this correction, if it comes in the allowable valve, a welding condition comes to be okayed in consequence, and a head 3 moves in conformity with a program, setting the welding work forward.
