PURPOSE:To speed up a processing without damaging the versatility of a micro processor by storing in a RAM a transfer program for transferring a program in ROM to RAM. CONSTITUTION:When the micro processor 1 is started, it jumps to the head address of a transfer program storage area 3c in ROM 3, transfers fixed data stored in a storage area 3a to a fixed data loading area 2d in RAM 2 by the execution of the transfer program stored in the storage area 3c and transfers the program stored in a storage area 3b to a program loading area 2e. When transfer terminates, the micro processor 1 jumps to the head address of the program loading area 2e by the execution of a jump instruction arranged at the end of the transfer program, and the execution of the program is started. Thus, a processing speed is speeded up without damaging the versatility of the micro processor.
