PURPOSE:To prevent an elevator from being set to the permanent operation state and prevent the uneasiness of passengers confined in a cage by disabling the restart of the elevator when the cage is repeatedly stopped past the door openable zone during the nearby floor operation after it is stopped between floors. CONSTITUTION:An elevator is in the permanent operation state when a cage 1 is repeatedly stopped between floors. Whether the nearby floor operation at a low speed has been performed or not is judged, if the nearby floor opera tion is performed, whether the cage 1 has been stopped past the door openable zone or not is judged. If the cage 1 is stopped past the door openable zone, the number of stops past the door openable zone is counted by a counting means 22, and the value of this number is compared with a reference value. If the value of this number is the reference value or above, a start blocking signal is generated by a start blocking signal generating means 23, and the start of the cage 1 is disabled thereafter. The cage 1 is manually operated to the nearby floor and released. |
