Atmospheric burner-operating system - delivers compressed air into turbulence chamber parallel to natural gas
摘要
The operating system is for an atmospheric burner, particularly for a kiln firing earthenware products. The low-pressure combustion gas draws in atmospheric air and is directed via a turbulence chamber to a burner head. Parallel to the combustion gas (117) compressed air (118) is delivered into the turbulence chamber (104) and at a pressure up to 8, and preferably up to 4 bar. It can be introduced inside a mantle of combustion gas. USE/ADVANTAGE - Gives similar efficiency with low-pressure natural gas to that obtainable with it at high pressure.
