PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition suitable as adhesive, sealing agent for electronic parts, electrical insulating material, etc., having excellent flame retardance and strippable adhesiveness, comprising a monoepoxy resin-containing epoxy resin, coupling agent, curing agent and flame retardant, etc., in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin containing 30-70wt.% monoepoxy resin blended with (B) 0.1-20wt.% coupling agent, (C) a curing agent and (D) a flame retardant as main components and (B) 40-70vol.% powder component such as talc or silica. Preferably the composition is further mixed with (F) 1-20wt.% halogen, (G) 40-80wt.% aluminum hydroxide and (H) 1-10wt.% antimony trioxide. |
