Mfg. fibre -reinforced thermoplastic resin moulded prod. small in deformation obtd. from fibre orientation and good in appearance, lustre, dimensional stability, and mechanical properties. Fibre-reinforced thermoplastic molten resin i.e., molten thermoplastic resin (A) into which fibres in length of 1-50 mm on ave. are dispersed as reinforcing material, is fed into opened metallic mould on which film or sheet comprising thermoplastic resin (A) and another adhesive thermoplastic resin (B) is mounted as required, and, with metallic mould closed, is pressurised and cooled in closed metallic mould to be moulded into prod.
