PURPOSE:To analyze samples containing trivalent Fe, tetravalent Sn and trivalent Al simultaneously by using a terminal liquid having nitrilotriacetic acid added thereto and a leading liquid which allows separation of nitrilo triacetate from a metal chilate of trivalent iron, tetravelent tin and trivalent Al. CONSTITUTION:A terminal liquid wherein nitrilotriacetic acid is dissolved in an aqueous solution containing morpholinoethanesulfonic acid and a tribuffer is injected into a terminal electrode tank 3, and an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, L-histidine, and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is injected into a leading tank 5 as leading liquid. Under such a condition, when samples containing trivalent iron, tetravalent Sn ion, and trivalent Al ion are injected at a sample injection port 2, the trivalent iron, the tetravalent tin ion and the trivalent Al ion moves to the side of a terminal electrode 7 as negative pole as they are cations while the nitrilotriacetic acid moves to a terminal pole as positive pole in an electro-phoretic process. This enables the analyzing of these ions simultaneously without pretreatment thereof. |
