NEW MATERIAL:A TAN-1313 acyl derivative expressed by formula I (R is acyl). USE:A remedy for human autoimmune disease and rejection symptoms against transplanted organ. PREPARATION:A culture mixture of microorganism of the genus Streptomyces such as Streptomyces tolypophorus IFO-13151 or the genus Amycolatopsis such as Amycolatopsis mediterranei IFO-13415 or treated material thereof and FK 506 compound are cultured under shaking, aeration or stirring at 24-30 deg.C and pH6-8 for 24-96hr to provide TAN-1313 expressed by formula II, which is then reacted with an acylating agent such as an acid halide, acid anhydride or active ester in an anhydrous organic solvent. |
