摘要

The controller cutting off the power supply of emergency system by the remote control command when the current capacity is deficient because of bad weather uses the solar cell power supply toreduce the current consumption. It consists of a transmission device (20), a data generator (10) for generating and inserting the number of power supply control & relay site into the transmission device (20), and data receiver (40) for generating the power supply control command signal when relay site number & power supply control command data of the outdoor relay system are same as the number of the relay site.
