PURPOSE:To perform statistical work with low cost and high quality, and at high speed by registering trouble data inputted from each terminal on a trouble data base, and generating statistical information with a tabulation means at every prescribed cycle. CONSTITUTION:A computer 3 having the tabulation means 31 which generates the statistical information from a data base is equipped with a magnetic disk device 4 to store the data base, a printer 5 to output the statistical information, and an input device 6 to input data and a program, and is connected to plural terminals 1 which input the trouble data via a network controller 2. The trouble data of the electronic circuit package is directly inputted from the terminal, and it is managed comprehensively in the trouble data base of the computer with a product information data base, and the statistical information with respect to the trouble data is automatically generated at every prescribed cycle. In such a way, the statistical work of the trouble data in the electronic circuit package can be performed with low cost and high picture quality and immediately. |
