<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered body having high conductivity by using lanthanum hexaborate containing a specific quantity of the metal powder of a low melting- point which is kept within a specific temperature range, as a main component. CONSTITUTION:Conductive paste uses the powder of lanthanum hexaborate having 2-20wt.% powder of a low melting-point metal having the melting point of 350-800 deg.C as a principal ingredient or employs the powder of lanthanum hexaborate, which has 2-20wt.% powder of a low melting-point metal having the melting point of 350-800 deg.C and 2-10wt.% borosilicate group glass powder having the softening point of 350-700 deg.C and is mixed with an organic vehicle, as a main component. The powder of aluminum, barium, cadmium, zinc, tellurium, magnesium, etc., is used as the low melting-point metal. The glass powder of lead borosilicate, zinc borosilicate, sodium borosilicate, etc., is employed as borosilicate group glass powder. Accordingly, conductive paste available as a cathodic material for DC plasma display capable of being printed and baked and having high conductivity can be acquired.</p> |
