PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of a line during communication by identifying a transmission signal in a communication channel with a decoded line control signal, and outputting an identification signal to indicate its kind. CONSTITUTION:With the logical control channel of a physical layer (j), an identification means 17 identifies whether a logical control channel is allotted for communication or it is allotted for transmitting a non-sound signal according to the decoded result of data signals 95, 97 of the transmission frame of data, and outputs the identification signal to indicate its kind. Then, a signal generating means 19 outputs a signal so that a dummy acoustic signal is outputted from a receiver speaker 20 at the time of non-sound signal communication. Therefore, if a handset is taken up, for instance, during data reception, the acoustic signal is outputted. Accordingly, it is detected by an operator that it is in the course of data communication now and a mobile terminal 88 is operating correctly as well. Thus, the line is not disconnected by mistake during the communication. |
