Auxiliary remote start and stop arrangement for vehicle engine - provides starter-stopping switch between electropneumatic valve and starter motor

The arrangement has a starter/stopping switch (5), a gear switch (2) and an ignition-starter steering lock (3). An engine oil pressure switch (8) is in series with an indicator lamp (9) to form a series circuit. The starter/stopping switch (5) is in series with this series circuit and with the gear switch (2). The starter/stopping switch (5) connects the gear switch (2) and the series circuit to an electropneumatic valve (6) and to the starter motor (7). USE/ADVANTAGE - Enables pump to be driven by vehicle engine without danger. Engine can be started and stopped independently of the vehicle's driver's seat and using existing devices without adversely affecting their functioning, including agricultural vehicles.
