The system consists of a central unit 1, embodied as a microprocessor assisted by a program memory 2, a data memory 5, a data accounting inlet 3 and a calendar clock 4, said central unit 1 also governing a relay via which mains power to the machine is established only when the system is operating, this relay 6 being permanently monitored by a detector 7. The system also incorporates a power source 8 and a reset circuit 9, and additionally a connector 10 which allows temporary connection of the electronic system to a portable computer, for extraction of information or for the entry of program data onto said system. <IMAGE>
