The air cleaning plant has a fan (6) at the inlet of a supply duct, from which contaminated air passes through a ring nozzle (9) in the duct, which forms a fine mist. The duct has a bend (3), from which it turns downwards in the plant vessel (1) towards a deflector (5) with a drain (12) to a collecting vessel (13). Water is pumped (15) to a spin wheel (10) to form droplets in the upper part of the vessel. USE/ADVANTAGE - Livestock stalls, gases e.g. ammonina being removed from the air.
