PURPOSE:To join a stacked section easily by joining coil strands stacking in the radial direction of an inner cylindrical coil and an outer cylindrical coil by a connecting wire. CONSTITUTION:The connecting wires 30 are formed in such a manner that small wires are bundled, both end sections are left as combining sections 7, and the intermediate sections are unfied by a metal 8 having the low melting point. The connecting wires 30 are crossed over the stacked sections 13 of each coil strand 1 of the outer cylindrical coil 12 and the inner cylindrical coil 11, and joined successively through the irradiation of laser beams 14, and closed loops are formed to the outer cylindrical coil 12 and the inner cylindrical coil 11. Accordingly, the stacked sections of the coil unit of the coreless type armature are easily joined. |
