PURPOSE:To improve easiness and treating effect of treatment along a higher strength by a method wherein an invivo decomposable and absorptive medical material is formed into a cylinder and a cut part is provided to open it in the length thereof. CONSTITUTION:For example, a cut part 2 is provided in the length of a cylindrical body 1, expanded diametrically to open and joined on a bone. The cut part is so molded that makes a clearance about one-third of the overall circumference so as not to block blood current, for example, when fitted onto the bone and a through hole 3 is provided and a thread 7 is inserted thereinto to fix the cylindrical body with the bone. The cylindrical body is decomposed and absorbed in vivo. The medical material herein used is polylactide, polyglycolide, a copolymer of polylactide and polyglycolide, paradioxanone, caprolactam and collagen or the like. |
