PURPOSE:To enable a car to be started even if an engine-speed detecting means causes a trouble, by calculating a half-clutch supply-amount of electric power in accordance with the opening of an accelerator valve while supplying the electric power to an electromagnetic clutch so as to enable the desired running of a half- clutch mode. CONSTITUTION:Accelerator valve-opening signals S0-S6 obtained from an accelerator valve-opening detecting means 5 are turned on and off in accordance with the amount of depression. Then an accelerator switch S0 detects depression or release of an accelerator, while switches S1-S6 detect the depression amount of the accelerator. A supply instruction signal of power is obtained by getting the required supply voltage Vc or a supply current ic from transmission torque Tc in accordance with an accelerator valve-opening. In this way, a car unable to start conventionally due to a trouble in an engine-speed detecting means is enabled to be started. |
