The invention relates to a device for welding a connector (1) to a thermoplastic film (2), comprising a frame (3), a supporting plate (4) carried by the frame and movable relative to this, a welding head (9) connected rigidly to the supporting plate, and at least one annular heating resistor (21) carried by the welding head and having electrical supply rods (20) located at two diametrically opposed points.
