摘要 PURPOSE: To extrude a defect material into a cavity and to obtain a joined part having no defect by heating a plurality of metal parts having boundary faces to be joined to a plastic deformation temp., opposing the boundary faces to each other, inserting the parts into a die, compressing the parts and making the material fluidize from the boundary faces into the cavity. CONSTITUTION: Plural metal parts 1, 2 having boundary faces 8, 9 to be joined are heated up to a min temp. or higher required for its plastic deformation. Successively, the heated parts 1, 2 are inserted into a closed type die 16 including at least one of a prescribed size cavity 13 in which the boundary faces 8, 9 are opposed to each other. While maintaining the parts 1, 2 to at least a min temp., by adding the magnitude of compression force selected so as to generate local deformation to the boundary faces 8, 9 into a fixed die 10 and a moving die 11 of the die 16, the parts 1, 2 are compressed to mutually bring the boundary faces 8, 9 in press-contact with each other and to make the material fluidize from the joining region into a cavity 13 and the compression is maintained up to fill up the cavity part 13.
