<p>PURPOSE:To conduct assembly easily and surely, by holding respective plungers at respective holding mechanisms, and descending holding mechanisms along plunger hole axes, and putting plungers into plunger holes. CONSTITUTION:Plungers 24 are mutually positioned and held at predetermined height positions, and then the fixing operation of a pump unit 26 by means of an backing means 86 and a suction means 88 is released, and at the same time a slider 36 is descended under the drive operation of a cylinder 46 constitut ing a drive mechanism 40. Accordingly, a plunger 24 held at a stick body 68 and plunger guides 56a, 56b at the tip portion of a holding mechanism 38 is descended integrally with a connecting rod 14 and a shoe 8 and displaced, and respective plungers 24 are put into the plunger holes 22 of a pump main body 18, and at the same time a retaining body 12 is engaged with the shoe 8. In this instance, each plunger 24 is easily and surely put into a plunger hole 22 by holding the inner wall surface of each plunger 24 by means of a holding mechanism 38 and displacing the mechanism 38 along the axis of the plunger hole 22.</p> |
