PURPOSE:To use an unreliable code (one of codes not in use especially allocated in a transmission code table) in common even in the communication between different kinds of equipments by allocating one of codes not in use as an unreli able code, adding the code before or after a data code, transmitting the result and allowing a data receiver side to detect that the data is unreliable. CONSTITUTION:Data transmission is implemented via a transmission line 5 between a transmission side computer 1 and a reception side computer 2. When an unreliable data D2 is present thereon in a transmission data 3 outputted from a transmission section 7 in the transmission side computer 1, an unreliable code allocated to one of codes in use in a transmission code table in advance is added before or after the transmission data 3, and when the reception side computer 2 receives the transmission data 3, the presence of the unreliable code is detected and stored as a reception data 4 and transmitted. Thus, the unreliable code in the communication between different kinds of equipments is used in common and the handleability is improved. |
