PURPOSE:To guarantee a data packet lost at the time of deteriorating the state of a radio transmission line or switching the port of a wide packet net on the side of a moving body by connecting a call having a transmitting/ receiving sequence number between packet communication equipments on the base side and the moving body side at the time of deteriorating the state or switching the port. CONSTITUTION:When the moving body 110 is switched from the communication range of a radio equipment 104 to that of a radio equipment 103, a moving body side packet communication equipment 107 detected the abnormal generation/restoration of a radio transmission line 109 transmits a CR 300 to the wide packet net 102. The base side packet communication equipment 101 received the CR 300 disconnects a prelogical channel by a CQ packet 301 and transmits a CA 302 to the net 102. At the time of connecting a call, negotiation A to C and D to B is executed. Thus, call connection and data transfer can be attained by the continuous sending of a packet by using only the user data part of a packet level without allocating a header such as a specific sequence number to a DT packet.
