PURPOSE:To clean a rubber metal die quite easily and reliably and to suppress rust by arranging a turn table in a cleaning chamber, rotating the turn table freely in vertical direction, and cleaning the rubber metal die while spraying cleaning liquid, water containing rust-proof agent and air through a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A turn table 12 is arranged in a cleaning chamber 5 such that it can rotate with low speed and can move vertically. A spray nozzle 19, provided with several nozzle chips 18 and can be switched in three stages between cleaning liquid, water containing rust-proof agent and air, is arranged movably in vertical direction on the bottom face of a four branch tube 17. When a metal die is cleaned, a heated rubber metal die A is mounted on the turn table 12 and cleaning liquid is sprayed through the nozzle 18 while rotating the turn table 12 with low speed and moving up and down, then water containing rust- proof agent is sprayed and finally the air is sprayed in order to dry up the rubber metal die A. By such arrangement, the rubber metal die A can be cleaned easily and reliably while furthermore the cleaning liquid and the water containing rust-proof agent can be used effectively. |
