Vehicle comprising a chassis (10) mounted on wheels (11, 15) supporting a motor assembly (70, 74, 76) for driving the vehicle and a mechanical, hydraulic or electric power system (72, 75, 78). The chassis has a housing (50) open downwards in which a cartridge (100) is inserted and locked in an open position, also downwards, the cartridge having tools specific to the type of cleaning desired (122, 124, 130). The vehicle is further equipped with means for the connection (78, 79) of the power system to the cartridge (100) in order to operate the tools.
