PURPOSE:To analyze trouble by saving error display contents to a power controller at the time of rise due to power-on and storing saved error information in a file at the time of completing the rise of a service processor. CONSTITUTION:When receiving a turning-on request of a power source 2, the power-on program in a power controller 20 saves trouble information in an error display circuit 23 to a RAM 24. The controller 20 indicates power-on of a service processor; and when the service processor 10 terminates the rise processing and can be accessed, trouble information saved in the power controller 20 is transferred to the service processor 10. The rise processing program in the service processor 10 edits this trouble information and stores it in the file of the service processor 10. Thus, trouble information displayed on an error display device 1 is gathered to analyze trouble of the power source 3 or the like.
