PURPOSE:To improve a head matching of a thermal head and thermal pen, by forming a protection layer, containing a silicon resin, a filler, and an aqueous solution binder, on a heat senstive coloring layer. CONSTITUTION:A protection layer component, in which 0.1-10wt% a silicon resin (organopolysiloxane), 30-70wt% a filler, and 1-50wt% an aqueous soluble binder are mixed, is formed on a heat sensitive coloring layer consisting of the following materials; a coloring material which consists of tryphenylmethane system, phenothiazine system, auramine system, and spiropyran system leuco; and a developed material which consists of phenol acid material such as alpha-naphthol. After said coloring material, the developed material, and the binder are mixed and dispersed, the prepared material is applied on a supporter. |
