The prefabricated sectionalised room parts comprise a floor and a crisscross support frame fitted with composite sidewalls with fitted appliances plus a ceiling. The room contour frame (13) is self supporting and mounted on the drawn-up rim (22) of the floor (12), and the totally prefabricated ceiling (16) is fixed to the top of the frame. All the sidewall (14) sections (32) are placed on the frame directly from the inside of the room (11) and fixed to the frame to be removable without vertical movement. The vertical bearers (56) of the frame are made from magnetic metal and the rear of all sidewall elements equipped with magnets. The sidewall elements are plastics coated chipboard, plastics coated composites, plastics plates or plates with fleece or marble covering. The floor support plate (21) is chipboard or mineral fibreboard with surrounding edge beam or bearer (23) which like the plate (21) is coated is glassfibre reinforced plastics. USE/ADVANTAGE - Unit construction methods, bathrooms. Frame carries magnetically fixed sidewall elements for easy removal or change, using plastics throughout.
