PURPOSE:To surely acknowledge a notice with a single call, and also, to transmit the degree of importance of a message by varying a time informing operation at every second time set with a second time setting means for setting a second time in which the time information operation is varied. CONSTITUTION:The contents of information are retrieved by a detecting circuit in a decoder 20, and the second time and the variation quantity (increasing quantity) corresponding to the contents of the information are written in a RAM(Random Access Memory) 23. When setting is ended, the decoder 20 sends a signal to an informing means driving amplifying circuit 24, and in the second time written in the RAM 23, an informing operation is executed by driving a loudspeaker 25 and an LED 26. When the second time elapses, the decoder 20 conforms a fact that an SP flag is '1', varies (increases) the notice quantity by the quantity written in the RAM 23, and executes a detecting operation again. In such a manner, by varying the time informing operation at every second time, a receiver can acknowledge surely the notice by a single call, and also, the degree of importance of a message can be transmitted. |
