CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of a managing host computer A connected to the window F of a railway station, etc., and the service offering enterprise G, access terminal equipment B, an IC memory card C capable of being inserted and detached to/from the access terminal equipment, and personal terminal equipment D. Then, a customer inputs beforehand ordered contents about the service he wants to receive to the IC memory card C by the personal terminal equipment D, and inserts the registered IC memory card C into the access terminal equipment B, and transfers 4 the ordered contents to the host computer A together with his personal data, and makes the service offering enterprise G arrange for the service on the basis of this transferred data. Thus, the various kinds of service extending over a wide range of different types of business are coordinated, and the customer can receive the service easily through a large number of the access terminal equipments installed at a place frequented by many visitors.</p> |
