METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRESSURE MOLDING

PURPOSE:To perform pressure molding by a simple method even when one part of an once vulcanized product is revulcanized or repaired after revulcanization thereof by constituting the title device of a vacuum bag which airtightly covers a vulcanized molded form so as to cover a heating means and a patch and connecting an aspirator to the vacuum bag to suck and shrink it. CONSTITUTION:The material W is placed on a part 3 to be partially vulcanized or repaired of a product 2 after vulcanization and molding are completed. Both a heating means 4 such as a panel heater and a patch 5 described hereunder are placed thereon. The patch 5 has the area S1 of dimension a little larger than the area of the part 3 to be vulcanized and repaired and is placed on the heating means 4. Setting of a pressure molding jig is completed by allowing two sheets of patchs 6a, 6b to abut on the patch 5. A vacuum bag 7 is sucked and shrunk in a vacuum state with an aspirator 10 such as a vacuum pump. The patch 5 is pressed in a state wherein pressing force is amplified via the patchs 6a, 6b by the shrinking force of the vacuum bag 7 at this time. The material M is heated while controlling the temp. of the heating means 4 and vulcanization is performed.
