<p>PURPOSE:To carry out tissue culture of plant to efficiently promote reproduction of plant from plant tissue, cultured cell, etc., by culturing tissue or organ of plant, part thereof or cultured cell in a medium containing culture filtrate of fine algae of eucaryotic cell. CONSTITUTION:A medium containing a polymer fraction and/or a basic fraction in a culture filtrate and/or an extract of fine algae of eucaryotic cell is prepared. Red algae, green algae, yellow-greed algae or Diatomaceae may be cited as the fine algae. Then, the tissue, organ, etc., of plant is cultured in the medium containing an inorganic salt, etc., by tank culture or outdoor open culture using sunlight. Kinds of plants to be the target of the culture are not particularly limited and any plant can be applied so long as the plants have whole performances of differentiation and can be subjected to tissue culture.</p> |
