<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cell strain composition both vascular endothelial properties and tumorigenesis in organism, comprising a vascular endothelial cell strain of mouse tumorigenenic skin as a component. CONSTITUTION:Vascular endothelial cell strain [F-2] (FERM P-10,966) of mouse tumorigenenic skin. An optically formed cancer is induced against skin of nude mouse (CB6F1-nu/nu) of F1 hybrid of BALB/c and C57BL/6 by UVB irradiation and further a cell strain [F-2] (FERM P-10,966) having hemangioma forming ability exists in a tumor cell strain established from induced tumor. Since human hemangioma is a rare disease, medicobiological study thereof falls relatively behind and good treatment thereof seems not to exist. Consequently, if study using an animal model is possible, the model is extremely useful in terms of discussion of these subjects. In this sense, since this cell strain [F-2] is simply maintained and hemangioma is readily reproduced in an organism, the cell strain is a preferable material.</p> |
