PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition containing polyolefin powder, high- temperature type foaming agent, low-temperature type foaming agent, zinc oxide and organic peroxide at specific ratio, capable of providing excellent sound blocking property and cushioning characteristics and suitable as a coating material for coil spring of car sheet. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition consisting of 100 pts.wt. polyolefin powder, 0.5-5 pts.wt., preferably 1-4 pts.wt. high-temperature type foaming agent (e.g. azodicarbonamide), 0.1-2 pts.wt., preferably 0.2-1 pts.wt. low-temperature type foaming agent (e.g. 4,4'-oxybenzenesulfonylhydrazide), 0.5-2 pts.wt., preferably 0.1-1 pts.wt. zinc oxide and 0.1-2 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-1 pts.wt. organic peroxide [e.g. 1,3-bis(tert. butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene]. |
