PURPOSE:To improve both thermal stability and molten fluidity with time by a method wherein the title composition is composed of the mixture consisting of specific quantity of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder, the surface of which is coated with an oxide film, a titanate coupling agent, a lubricant and nylon 12. CONSTITUTION:Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder is made of fused alloy of neodymium, iron and boron using a super-quenching method, and a composition having both excellent thermal stability and molten fluidity with time can be obtained by having the surface of the above-mentioned magnetic powder coated with an oxide film. The compounding quantity of the composition is 90 to 95wt.% for magnetic powder and 5 to 10wt.% for the mixture of a titanate coupling agent, a lubricant and nylon 12. The material, which is used for a fillter surface treatment for the purpose of improving the fluidity of filler resin, is used as the titanate coupling agent, the material obtained by the ring-opening polymerization of W-laurolactam, or one obtained by polymerization of 12-amino dodecanoic acid, is used for the nylon 12, and as the lubricant, fatty acid metallic salt, fatty amide and the like, for example, are enumerated. |
