PURPOSE:To enhance permeability by holding a stator winding between two yokes having a plurality of pole teeth formed by pressing steel plates which are surface-treated except zinc-plating and annealing them. CONSTITUTION:Steel plates containing 0.01wt.% carbon and surface-treated, for example, by nickel-plating, aluminum-plating, etc., except a method of zinc- plating are pressed, a plurality of pole teeth 3a are perpendicularly bent from the surface of the plate, and alternately assembled in a zigzag manner. Then, it is annealed at 750-820 deg.C in an inert gas such as N2, etc. An annular coil bobbin 2 in which a winding 1 is wound is held from both sides by the teeth 3a to form a yoke 3. In the drawings, two stator windings 2 are held by a cuplike frame 4 and a bracket 8 to form a stator. A rotary shaft of a rotor 5 is rotatably supported by bearings 6, 7 secured to the frame 4 and the bracket 8. Thus, a motor in which the size stability and permeability of the yoke can be improved is efficiently manufactured. |
