<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a two-lamp type headlamp in appearance with small air resistance and high design feature and prevent the sticking of dust between lenses by storing a two-lamp lamp unit in a watertight space between a body and an outer lens, smoothing the surface and the rear face of the outer lens, and setting the surface on the same plane as the surface of a cowling. CONSTITUTION:A watertight space is formed by the body 4 and outer lens 10 of a headlamp 17, and a two-lamp lamp unit 3 is stored in the space. The surface and rear face of the outer lens are smoothly formed, the surface of the lens 10 is set to the same plane as the surface of a cowling 1, and the edge section of the lens 10 is extended toward the rear of a vehicle body and airtightly connected to the body 4. Since the surface of the lens 10 is set to the same plane as the surface of the cowling 1, the air resistance during running is reduced, and the design feature can be improved. Since the surface and rear face of the lens 10 are smoothly formed, the two-lamp lamp unit 3 stored inside is visible from the outside, and the same appearance as that of a racing vehicle can be duplicated on a vehicle for a general public road.</p> |
