PURPOSE:To uniformly mix cooked rice and ingredients within a short time by a method wherein a pair of stirring members each composed of a perforated plate are arranged in a rotary container rotated so that its rotary axis is in a horizontal direction at a predetermined interval in opposed relationship. CONSTITUTION:A rotary container 1 rotated so that its rotary axis is in a horizontal direction is provided. A pair of stirring members 14 each composed of a perforated plate 14b are arranged in the rotary container 1 at a predetermined interval in opposed relationship. As a result, cooked rice having viscosity and ingredients, vinegar or the like for boiled rice with assorted mixtures can be uniformly mixed within a short time. |
