<p>PURPOSE:To prevent injuries by providing butting members having approximately U-shaped sections pivoted on opposite sides of the front and the rear each other to both stile side edges of butting doors through elastic members, and evacuating the butting members when a finger, etc are caught in them. CONSTITUTION:Butting members 4 and 5 having approximately U-shaped sections are pivoted 1b and 2b on opposite sides of the front and the rear each other at side edges of stiles 1a and 2a of meeting doors so that they are capable of turning. The butting members 4 and 5 are supported by elastic members 6 and 7, and restoring efficiency is given to them. When a finger, etc. are caught between doors 1 and 2, the butting members 4 and 5 are evacuated into the stiles 1a and 2a. According to the constitution, impact in the event of pinching with pressure is eased, and injuries can be prevented.</p> |
