The first porous plate (A) has guide holes (1) for introducing the island component, the introducing holes being smaller in diameter than the pipe (3) of the second porous plate (B). The pipe (3) is attached to the inner wall of the holes in the second porous plate (B) and has length from the upper of the second porous plate (B) to introducing surface of the third porous plate (C). The third porous plate (C) has an inclined surface (4) and introducing holes larger in diameter than the pipe (3). The fourth porpous plate (D) has collecting section (7) and extrusion oriffices (8).
