The present invention relates to a device for front and rear fastening of a pair of boots of a skier on a sliding board, such as a snowboard or a monoski. This device is characterised in that it comprises a balance beam 6 mounted movably on the sliding board 1 on the side where first front or rear ends of the two boots A, B normally bear, two movable stops 3, 5 fastened, respectively, to the two end parts of the balance beam 6, and two fixed stops 2, 4 integral with the sliding board 1, at a distance from the balance beam 6, each pair of stops consisting of a fixed stop and of a movable stop being aligned in order to hold one of the boots A, B between them. <IMAGE>
