PURPOSE:To allow the efficient conduct of a peeling work by providing a truck on a post, providing a swiveling truck via wheels on the side face of the truck and providing a high pressure water injecting nozzle on the swiveling truck. CONSTITUTION:The swiveling truck 5 rotates horizontally along the outer periphery of the circular lifting truck 9 and peels the coating material or external material of the side wall surface 1 of a tank when the high pressure water is injected from the nozzle 8 and a motor 17 is driven. The lifting truck 9 is properly moved upward when the nozzle 8 makes one turn. The high pressure water is then injected again from the nozzle 8 and the swiveling truck 5 is swiveled opposite from the previous time to peel the wall surface of the tank. The lifting truck 9 is properly moved upward again when the nozzle turns one round around the side face of the tank. The high pressure water is injected from the nozzle and the swiveling truck 5 is swiveled reversely to make the similar work. The working efficiency is improved in this way. |
