PURPOSE:To reduce the time until parts mounting operation is re-started, by automatically re-fixing a tool which has been fixed, after a power supply is cut off and re-closed. CONSTITUTION:In a parts mounting operation, for example, after a step 5 is finished and 5 is stored in a step memory 94 in which an RAM 92 has been mounted, a power supply is cut off on account of survice interruption and the like. At this time, data stored in a back-up region of the RAM 92 are not erased but held. After that, when a power supply closing switch 107 is pressed and the power supply is closed, the data of the step memory 94 wherein mounting is finished are checked by a CPU 90. When 5 is stored, it is stored in an address counter 100. When a stand-by switch 112 is pressed, the pivotary movement position of each motor is returned to the origin. This origin returning operation is performed at a low speed as compared with the case where the data in the memory 94 are 0. The tool memory 93 is analyzed, and on the basis of the result, re-fixing operation of the tool is performed. |
