PURPOSE:To prevent the overhead of a CPU by thinning out the line of picture data or an overlapped processing without interposing the CPU by defining the output of an adding means as a memory address. CONSTITUTION:When a load signal is outputted with a period corresponding to a thinning-out rate, the data with one line width of the picture data are accumulated to a register 3 and impressed to one input terminal of an adder 4. An address outputted from a CPU 1 is inputted to the other input terminal of the adder 4. As a result, since the adder 2 executes an addition processing to the address outputted from the CPU 1 only for the width of one line each time the load signal is generated, the thinning-out processing is executed. Since the code of an output value from a latch circuit 5 is inverted and inputted to one input terminal of the adder 2, the overlapped processing is executed. |
