PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a radio wave by inserting a flexible conductive plate to a connection part between a bottom plate and a side wall and between the side wall and a cover. CONSTITUTION:Microwave circuit components such as a FET 22 and a capacitor 23 are mounted on a microwave circuit board 21. After the microwave circuit board 21 is fitted to a bottom 14 with a screw 24, and a flexible copper plate 20 and a side wall 15 are fitted to the bottom 14 with a screw 25. Moreover, a cover 16 and a flexible copper plate 19 are fitted to the side wall 15 by a screw 26. Thus, the copper plates 20, 19 are inserted between the bottom plate 14 and the side wall 15 and between the side wall 15 and the cover 16 to eliminate a gap caused between the bottom plate 14 and the side wall 15 and between the side wall 15 and the cover 16 and leakage of a radio wave is prevented.
