<p>PURPOSE:To avoid a trouble of preparing a mark sheet by generating destination information of a sender facsimile terminal equipment as return information of mark sheet form based on a subscriber information file and sending the information to a destination facsimile terminal equipment together with a text from the sender facsimile terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a text received from a sender A is sent to a receiver B, a mark sheet to be generated by the receiver B when the receiver B returns a reply text or the like to the sender A is generated automatically by a return information generating section 8 based on the subscriber information file 7 and the mark sheet is added to the text from the sender A and the result is sent to the receiver B. The receiver B receiving the mark sheet together with the text uses the mark sheet when the text is returned to the sender A next. Thus, the job for preparing the mark sheet is omitted.</p> |
