CUSHIONING PRODUCT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To eliminate creases and stretching feeling of the surface of a cushioning product and moreover gas permeability of the surface is improved, by a method wherein a noncontacting part is provided partly between either one or both of a surface material of the skin or a plastic film and the surface of an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:The skin 28 is fitted to the inside of a cavity 42 of a foam mold so that a plastic film 34 becomes the inside. The skin 28 is obtained by making a plurality of a skin constituent pieces of three structure where a noncontacting part is provided partly to an elastic material 30 and a surface material 32 into a predetermined from with sewing. Then liquid foaming raw materials 44 such as polyurethane foaming row materials are cast within the skin 28. The liquid foaming raw materials 44 cast within the skin 28 is foamed and filled into the skin 28 and becomes a cushioning body which as becomes a monolithic body with the skin 28 finally with adhesion of the liquid foaming raw materials to be generated at that time. Then when a molded product is taken out of the foam mold 40, a desired cushioning product is obtained.
